RETURN & EXCHANGE

- Items sold are non refundable.

- If the item does not fit, the customer may exchange the item for another size if available, or if not available, for another design or
product of same or greater value (customer to top-up price difference).

- Customers can change to another item of the same value or top-up the price difference depending on the stocks availability.

- If an item is temporarily out of stocks, we will contact you immediately.

- Exchange your purchased as long as it is unworn/unused and unwash. Exchange can be done within 7days from
the date of delivery. Contact us immediately.

- Return of items must be in original condition with the wrapper, if any without any kind of alteration done to it,
odor free and without any animal hair on it.

- Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable and any further charges (eg delivery charge / postages) incurred related to the
exchange of item will be borne by the customer.
